The Happy House was a wonderful stay! Cozy, spotless, and an easy walk to Third Street for shops and restaurants. The back deck is the perfect spot to unwind—loved relaxing there. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and super responsive hosts. Would definitely come back!

Very nice, clean, and spacious house, feel secluse and private! We love the place so much, we extended our stay for an extra night.

Overall great property and was very comfortable for our family of 6. Clean, walking distance to the beach and over all great. Only surprise we had and we didn't read the listing closely enough was there's no AC. After opening the windows, it was clear that AC was not needed in the beginning of August.

We loved our stay here! This house has just about everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is stocked so well. There’s a fun little walking trail down to the restaurant and stores. The house is absolutely beautiful, great location. We would definitely come back.

This home was everything that we could have hoped for, from the incredible view to the beautifully decorated home, it was perfect. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t truly take advantage of the kitchen, it had needed to prepare any meal imaginable.

Excellent communication with host company. The house is comfortable and quiet with a very pleasant access to the river. There are homes adjacent, but no issues with neighbors.

We loved our stay. The views and sound of the ocean were amazing. Loved the multiple decks. And how open and spacious the main floor was. They took great care of the house. We loved spending time in the house just as much as we did sightseeing. Perfect for large family or big group of friends. My wife doesn’t like hot tubs but she loved this one. Waking up to ocean waves is unlike anything else.

Had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and the quiet neighborhood was only a short drive to downtown.
