Great place, better than expected. Nicely updated, loved that it was on the first floor. Beautiful windows overlooking the ocean. Very close to the promenade, and easy to get everywhere. Beds were super comfortable. Will stay again!

Great location and the common area was beautiful and open. Loved the floor to ceiling windows. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are cool and from the seventies. One gold and one avocado green. Got a giggle out of them. Everything worked and great water pressure.

Communication and location are top notch! Pricey but that’s what you get during peak travel times.

This was our first time staying in Seaside..it did not disappoint! The condo was bright and beautiful. It was very clean and plenty of space for the four of us to eat or just relax on the balcony! Check in was easy and the staff friendly! We walked to dinner at a restaurant the staff suggested and it was delicious! Will definitely stay here again!

The Sand and Sea is close to the Promenade center and shops. The room was lovely. We had a side room, but had an excellent view of the water from our balcony.

One of our favorite stays in Oregon. Right off of the beach with easy access. The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained. Would book here again!

We will absolutely stay here again. It was great, not just in terms of location. But location was awesome. The staff was amazing and the communication was excellent throughout the whole booking. 5 stars. No question.
