Check-in was easy post was extremely sponsored. Alcony was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Right in the heart of downtown.

Room was renovated and view was amazing. A lot of construction in the building and some of the dishes were not clean - however I know that can be from previous guests

Great place on the promenade, close to beach. Well stocked and nicely appointed. Washer and dryer available for longer stays. Staff at desk are very friendly and helpful.

This place is a lovely place to stay in downtown Carlton. It's got everything you need, and is super clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it!

We loved the easy access to the beach and the condo was clean and comfortable. The manager was quickly responsive and replaced the coffee maker when it malfunctioned. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Great stay!

As always Katie and Laura and Mike full of welcoming smiles. Nice meeting new employees Shawn and Connie. I always enjoy my stay as it feels like home to me. I look forward to coming again soon.

Perfect stay. And owners were super responsive and kept us informed. Would happily return!

We liked how close we were to the beach and promenade. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and some spices and coffee.

Loved the condo. Very comfortable beds and furniture which isn’t always the case. We’ve stayed in a lot of units at Sand and Sea. This is one of our favorites!

Great location. Clean and beautiful apartment. Views of the beach are outstanding. Easy to walk around to shops. The front desk staff was hospitable. Check in was simple.
